We are looking for an Event Production Intern to assist the team with planning & execution for upcoming C&C events. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity to nurture your production skills. 


  • Work closely with the production team planning & executing events

  • Conduct research on vendors, venues, brand partners, & more pertaining to event projects

  • Support the production & client account management team

  • Assist with activations and fulfillment through administrative organization

  • Coordinate with event production and planning teams


  • This Internship is for college credit only, but a huge opportunity to build a great portfolio! Applicants are required to be a currently-enrolled college or university student working towards a degree.

We’re looking for a Digital Editor with a get-it-done attitude + a passion for content creation to join a fast paced start-up environment. Attention to detail, self management and strong ability to maintain existing editorial voice and tone. Sr. Digital Editor will report to Director of Marketing & VP of Accounts.  This is a full time salaried position that would report to the Create & Cultivate offices located in West Hollywood, CA.  Paid Vacation, Health Benefits and lots of perks. Travel Required.


  • Build out the weekly and monthly editorial calendars to present to key stakeholders

  • Work with the Marketing Director to constantly generate new, commercially viable ideas with brand partners in mind.

  • Write, edit, and produce branded content across social, editorial, and video.

  • Implement client feedback on all branded content.

  • Work with Marketing Team to ensuring that branded content and editorial content hit similar voice and tone time after time

  • Plan + execute 2-3 syndication partnerships per month (ongoing + new)

  • Assist the larger team in developing & producing a podcast show

  • Responsible for presenting a strategy for a freelance writing/editorial budget

  • Draft high quality social media copy for sharing blog content across all social channels (mainly Instagram + Instagram stories)

  • Oversee the uploading, formatting + properly linking all blog content

  • Proofread all site content from assistant + syndicated partners/guest writers

  • Assist with client-facing projects including project presentations, delivery, feedback + more

  • Assign projects to digital assistant + oversee all execution, providing notes + feedback for team growth

  • Attend all editorial meetings, ensuring assignments are distributed to all attendees

  • Write and edit engaging content for digital, including long features, short format and sponsored sections

  • Research, present and develop new content topics with brand partners in mind

  • Ideate, execute and produce editorial content, as needed

  • Participate in monthly and quarterly content planning sessions with the larger team alongside the marketing director

  • Develop and execute an effective branded content strategy for client projects based on brand objectives and feedback

  • Brainstorm and ideate panelists, interviews and women doing amazing work

  • Experiment with live-streaming, gifs, audio, instagram stories, etc.


  • Scout & present relevant talent for panel + conference involvement

  • Assist in talent outreach for panel activations

  • Assist in panel planning (from topic to participants) and outline panel conversations

  • Manage editorial content obligations to all conference sponsors

  • Post conference content ideas - Plan post-event editorial around the topics being discussed during our live events

  • Transcribe interviews and panel conversations from C&C events for quick turnaround editorial content

  • Live tweeting - Share key messages from our live panels that are often used for press + long-form blog content afterwards

  • Aid in other on-site content creation needs such as video interviews with talent + press


  • 4-6 years experience in editorial, content or copywriting within a digital/retail/fashion/beauty brand or media company

  • Demonstrated track record of using content to build a consistent brand story, drive customer engagement and measurable results

  • Proactive self-starter with positive + flexible attitude that flourishes in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strategic POV on how brands can most effectively tell their stories through content

  • Ability to lead a variety of editorial projects from overarching strategy to day-to-day copy

  • Well versed in digital media including new and emerging platforms

  • Ability to work under pressure + with tight deadlines

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Excellent copywriting + communication skills

  • Desire to take ownership of new projects + responsibilities as they arise

  • Experience with SEO best practices or tools a plus

We’re looking for an exceptionally creative Graphic Designer to join our fast paced team. Candidate will work proactively + collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, CEO + Production team to design site campaigns, newsletters, social media + event collateral.


  • Assist team in execution of all online images as well as daily/weekly email blasts

  • Create site & event layouts, color, typography, design elements, etc

  • Brainstorm, research and mock up design ideas for creative assets

  • Ability to receive creative direction from the Marketing + Production Teams

  • Oversee design interns + manage assignments/feedback

  • Maintain creative assets for all social media channels


  • Min. 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field

  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop CS6, basic to intermediate knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and Squarespace

  • HTML/CSS experience a bonus

  • Attention to detail (pixel precision)

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced start-up environment

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities

  • Be able to follow direction and adhere to brand and style guides

  • Be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to take initiative, and take ownership of assigned work projects

  • Be able to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions when obstacles occur

  • Understanding of the current trends in social media, web, and development
