Christina Kirkman
Actress, Content Creator & Podcaster
2026 Creator Compound Panelist
One of the funniest women on the internet, former child star Christina Kirkman has become one of the hottest talents in the social media space captivating millions with her authentic, unique style and unfiltered commentary. A big sister to gen-z, and a north star for millennial women, she and her (even more?) famous dogs Winston & Willa take the influencer trope and flip it on its head. Whether she's quickly and quietly reviewing products, or living life as the anti-Carrie Bradshaw, the host of the LIFE'S A JOKE podcast keeps viewers glued to their screens to see what she'll say next. It's clear brands feel the same way, having worked with the likes of Amazon, SKIMS, Maybelline, and Glossier to name a few.
The spotlight isn’t new for Christina, though, as her first breakthrough came when she participated in Nickelodeon's "R U ALL THAT? The Search for the Funniest Kid in America," marking the transition from amateur performances to a professional career in Hollywood . This experience not only launched her into stardom on "ALL THAT," but also instilled a deep-rooted passion for acting and entertainment, which she has nurtured throughout her career.

Ty Haney
CEO & Founder of TYB
2026 The Quad Panelist
Ty Haney is a serial entrepreneur and brand builder who pioneered community-led commerce. Ty Haney is a serial entrepreneur and brand builder who pioneered community-led commerce. She is the founder of Try Your Best (TYB), a platform redefining how brands grow by turning their most passionate fans into active participants. Brands like Rare Beauty, Bubble, Poppi, SET Active, and Urban Outfitters use TYB to gather direct input from their communities, offer rewards and ownership-style incentives, and deepen loyalty in ways traditional marketing never could — shifting brand building from one-way messaging to genuine shared participation.
Before TYB, Ty co-founded Outdoor Voices, where she developed the community-first playbook that would later define her career: using storytelling, real-world connection, and participatory culture to build loyalty that went far beyond product. It was there she proved that the most powerful thing a brand could do was make people feel like they belonged to something.
That conviction carried into everything she's built since including Joggy, an organic energy drink she founded around the idea that how you fuel yourself should feel as good as the life you're living. Across all of her ventures, Ty's through-line is the same: build brands that move culture by giving communities a real sense of ownership and a reason to stay.

What started as a personal need grew into a platform millions of families rely on for childcare, senior care, and everyday support. Along the way, I had the opportunity to take the company public on the NYSE and later lead its acquisition, but the mission has always stayed the same: make care visible, accessible, and valued.
Today, I’m building Ohai.ai: a new kind of support system for modern families. Ohai is designed to take on the invisible load: the planning, remembering, coordinating, and mental juggling that so often falls on one person. It’s about giving families their time, energy, and presence back.
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on turning real-life challenges into systems that actually help people live and work better. Because when families are supported, everything else has room to grow.

Jess Glazer
Entrepreneur and Speaker
2026 Study Hall Off The Record Conversation
Jess is an entrepreneur and speaker whose expertise spans social media marketing, course creation, organic launching, and building online businesses from the ground up. A former celebrity personal trainer and elementary school teacher, she turned a "cute side hustle" into a multi-million dollar business in under two years. As founder of Digital Business Evolution, she built a team of heart-centered leaders, served thousands of clients, and helped generate over $50 million in revenue for those she mentored.
In 2025, after becoming a first-time mother, Jess made the unexpected decision to step back from social media, dissolve her team, and shut down the multi-7-figure business she'd spent over a decade building; prioritizing her mental health and family over the momentum of her "success."
What followed was a real reckoning with who she was without the business and how much of her identity had become tangled up in it. She has spent the past year in that process of separating the two; a journey through identity, grief, and reinvention. Jess is now rebuilding what work, ambition, and business look like on her own terms.
Outside of work, Jess is navigating motherhood in her 40s with a toddler. She's a longtime fitness enthusiast, lover of dance and fashion who finds calm in crafting. Her most recent creative project is writing her first children's chapter book. She and her husband are also longtime advocates for education access, having built a school in Ghana with Pencils of Promise in 2021.
Over the years she has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Yahoo Finance, The Today Show, Good Day New York, The New York Post, and Shape Magazine. Her mission remains what it's always been: to create a ripple effect that outlasts her.

Her voice has since become so powerful that major brands have not only changed their formulas to be more inclusive for darker skin tones, but several have also recruited her as a consultant to help guarantee their products meet a higher standard. As a result of her work, Golloria has graced countless lists and received many awards for her work in the beauty industry.
Beyond beauty, Golloria has goals to become a model and founder, more importantly, is deeply committed to advocating for refugees and contributing to initiatives that provide Sudanese communities with access to clean water by wells – as well as helping to give further access to education and other items that will overall benefit her culture.

Andrea Faulkner Williams
President + Head Mama at Tubby Todd Bath Co.
The Quad Panelist
Andrea Faulkner Williams is the head mama and co-founder of Tubby Todd, the family personal care brand she launched with her husband, Brian Todd, in 2014 after struggling to find clean, effective solutions for her own family's sensitive skin. Frustrated by products that didn't work—and weren’t enjoyable to use—Andrea set out to create sensitive skincare parents could truly trust, testing every formula first in her own home.
What started as a solution for her own family has grown into one of the fastest-growing brands in baby and family care, fueled by products parents can't stop recommending and a community that shows up! Under Andrea's leadership, Tubby Todd has grown from a single hero product into a trusted family care brand by staying true to two simple philosophies: treat your customers like friends and create products that genuinely make parents lives easier (and more FUN!).
Andrea is passionate about building brands that people feel connected to, creating products families reach for again and again, and encouraging women to trust their instincts, set their goals and make consistent progress toward turning their dreams into a reality.

Moll Anderson
Emmy Award-winning host, New York Times bestselling author, Lifestyle Architect, founder of The Moll House and creator of The Psychology of Home
Core Campus Moderator
Moll Anderson is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, Emmy Award winner, three-time Gracie Award winner, television and radio host, designer, and pioneering voice in the modern lifestyle space. For more than two decades, she has inspired audiences through conversations about intentional living, emotional wellbeing, relationships, beauty, and human connection. Her work has been featured on Good Morning America, Today, The Talk, Dr. Phil, Access Hollywood Live, and national media platforms.
As a young single mother navigating trauma, uncertainty, and survival, Anderson learned firsthand that home is about far more than aesthetics. It can provide safety, stability, hope, and an emotional foundation. Those experiences shaped her belief that our surroundings, relationships, routines, and emotional environments profoundly influence how we live, connect, heal, and grow.
That belief became the foundation for The Psychology of Home™, her trademarked philosophy exploring how physical and emotional environments shape wellbeing. Drawing from behavioral science and neuroscience research, expert conversations, design, and lived experience, Anderson translates complex ideas into practical insights. She calls the emotional foundation of home its “invisible architecture”—the words, relationships, rituals, energy, and sense of safety that shape how people feel long after a room is furnished.
Today, Anderson brings this philosophy to The Moll House™, an intimate cinematic video podcast filmed inside her homes in Malibu, Dallas, and Knoxville. Through conversations with influential voices across culture, wellness, relationships, creativity, and personal growth, the homes become part of the storytelling—spaces that invite openness, reflection, and authentic connection.
Grounded in lived experience, research, and thoughtful design, Moll Anderson inspires audiences to create homes that are not only beautiful, but deeply supportive of the lives unfolding within them.

A former JP Morgan derivatives trader turned growth marketer, Jade spent over three years managing seven-figure budgets for top DTC brands before leaving the corporate track to build the brand she couldn't find on shelves.
