Senior Graphic Designer

Overview: Full Time

Level: Senior

Become an integral part of Create & Cultivate. You will join a tight-knit team of seasoned creators &  executives to help expand the brand’s physical & digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Create on-brand marketing collateral including but not limited to website and social designs, stage and environmental designs for events, newsletters, ads, packaging, product and more

  • Create on-brand digital creative including but not limited to e-mails, banner ads and social media assets

  • Manage the brand content on the website including but not limited to homepages, landing pages and campaign pages

  • Oversee Jr graphic designer projects ensuring all content meets quality standards & overarching brand aesthetic

  • Support seasonal & campaign-based video and photo-shoots

  • Assist in image selection following shoots.

  • Assist with photo retouching and color corrections

  • Traffic images to internal & external stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Maintain an accurate and current library of brand assets

Qualifications:

  • 4 years’ experience as a graphic designer at an agency , events or media company, or consumer-facing brand

  • A solid creative portfolio that features typography work and creative branding projects.

  • Must have an exceptional design talent, including detailed sense of typography, photography, and design layout.

  • Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.

  • Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

The head of business development and sales will be the driving force for acquiring new clients and securing a strong financial pipeline of incoming business on the bespoke, digital and experiential side of the business. Working closely with our director of brand partnerships and accounts the director will implement strong outbound strategies to ensure continued interest in the growth of the company.

The editorial director will set the tone for the online presence of Create & Cultivate and WorkParty, working closely with our Digital Editor to ensure our voice is seamless across all platforms. From content calendar planning, panel questions and copywriting this position will own any and all communication coming from the brand.

  • Ability to create original pieces of content quickly; 2 pieces per day

  • Live content creation and strategy from live events working with the team for quick turn around

  • Ability to develop and work through panel questions for live events

Role:

  • The team conduit! You will be the funnel for all team members to ensure the company is operating efficiently and smoothly across all areas

  • Work closely with the CEO and teams spanning product, finance, sales, and growth to advance Create & Cultivate’s business year over year.

  • Own the strategic planning process and master calendar, putting into place processes and procedures, guiding projections, budget review, assessing risks, and tracking departmental goals (editorial, marketing, production and product)

  • Build, develop and manage P&Ls for each vertical ensuring on track growth

  • Consistently be thinking about how we grow and scale the company through increased revenue streams

  • Working through team management and HR needs including comp days and ensuring policies are in place to ensure positive company culture

  • Run executive meetings and strategic planning sessions. 

  • Provide centralized project management across all departments and reporting up to CEO and manage calendar and deliverables

The senior event producer will be the lead for all production elements within the company as well as act as the liaison between our production company and our sponsor partners. We are looking for a bad ass event expert who carries around measuring tape with them at all times and can negotiate the hell out of a vendor contract, is that you? Keep reading!

  • In love with all things AV and understanding how to vet an AV contract and get the bet possible team involved

  • Manage event insurance needs ranging from COIs from partners and vendors to our own needs

  • Managing budgets - understanding the landscape of costs and ensuring we are staying within budget realm

  • Manage freelance producers and event agencies ongoing to ensure we are hitting goals and ensuring sponsors are having an incredible experience

  • Managing 4-5 events at a time and being able to multi task and keep things organized  

  • Team management this role has three people reporting into them

Social Media Coordinator 

Create & Cultivate is seeking a motivated Social Media Coordinator to support the Marketing department by coordinating the company’s social media initiatives. This role will also be responsible for helping to build a strong, engaged community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase social presence, fan base and engagement on social networks, events, and partner collaborations

  • Collaborate with marketing team on strategy, planning and execution of all social initiatives and campaigns

  • Conceive and execute strategy to drive traffic to long form blog content across all channels

  • Manually post approved content across across channels

  • Manage all Social Media platforms including IG STORIES

  • Identify and interpret social media trends and be aware/proactive on new platforms and tools

  • Translate quantitative and qualitative data to support actionable social media engagement plans for continuous improvement

  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of increasing brand audience and engagement

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in media/social media (media company preferred)

  • Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in social media

  • Data/Analytics reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Editorial + Marketing team planning & executing weekly blog + social media content

  • Conduct research on articles, profiles, and brand partners

  • Participate in the writing and ideation of stories for the Create & Cultivate brands

  • Support project management for our many editorial projects

  • Assist the Editorial + Marketing team in administrative and organizational tasks

  • This Internship is for college credit only, but a huge opportunity to build a great portfolio! Applicants are required to be a currently-enrolled college or university student working towards a degree.
