Senior Event Producer



The senior event producer will be the lead for all production elements within the company and manage a multitude of events both big and small. We are looking for a bad ass event expert who carries around measuring tape with them at all times and can negotiate the hell out of a vendor contract, is that you? Keep reading!

Role:

  • Oversee and manage all sponsor production related events and activations ranging from small scale influencer dinners to our large scale conferences

  • Manage event insurance needs ranging from COIs from partners and vendors to our own needs

  • Familiarity with permitting

  • Ability to negotiate best rates with key vendors

  • knowledge of producing events cross country and from small scale to large scale

  • Managing budgets - understanding the landscape of costs and ensuring we are staying within budget realm

  • Managing 4-5 events at a time and being able to multi task and keep things organized  

  • Excellent communication skills and email acumen

  • Pure Event Production (nationwide and beyond!)  and loving getting your hands dirty!

    • Sourcing Vendors (AV, Floral, Catering, Staffing)

    • Permitting

    • Gathering Quotes (tenting, flooring, fabrication)

    • Vetting Quotes

    • Budget Management - a wizard with excel spread

    • Handling Floor plans CAD drawings and specs

    • Ensuring team is Leveraging In Kind Sponsors

    • ROS creation

    • Fabrication sourcing

    • Creative ideation

    • On Site Coordination

    • Set up  / Strike

Brand Partnerships (Sales Asst.)


We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships sales assistant to support our VP of Sales & CEO! This position is someone who is obsessed with the bottom line, closing deals and keeping things on track! We are a scrappy small team and this is a pivotal role for the company, there is no job big or small, titles aside we operate on the “Get it done” basis and are all hands on deck as we are a startup. Travel Required.

Reports to VP of Sales

Sample Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming sales emails / organizing leads / managing relationships

  • Inputting sponsors into CRM / sponsor tracking system

  • Keeping track of key notes and details in relation to sales relationships

  • Organizing contracts and details for all confirmed deals

  • Brief Accounts team on all details regarding sponsor and hand off needs

  • Organize and keep track of emails / calls with key clients

  • Manage and organize event spreadsheets inputting key information

  • Research and organize inbound leads and outbound contacts

  • Outreach to in kind sponsors and partners where relevant

  • Qualifications

Sr. Director - Digital Marketing (brand)


We’re looking for an Sr. Director - Digital marketing this is a full time salaried position that reports into the CEO. We are looking for a marketing queen that loves instagram, emails, can’t get enough analytics, loves to see a CTA and a high engagement rate. You are an organizational freak, loves scheduling things out, planning and mapping and executing on it all! We are a scrappy small team and this is a pivotal role for the company, there is no job big or small, titles aside we operate on the “Get it done” basis and are all hands on deck as we are a startup. Travel Required.

Reports to CEO / Manages team of three

Sample Responsibilities

  • Build out marketing calendars mapping back months in advance to plan event launch, collateral, and all digital items

  • Craft and build digital strategies for all launches from soup to nuts

  • Plan and build reports for all events alongside marketing manager ensuring we are delivering on all results

  • Manage social media calendar alongside social media manager ensuring all imagery and captions are on brand and correct

  • Manage all sponsor deliverables from social postings to opt in ready emails

  • Build and manage all databases across mailchimp platforms

  • Consistently work on audience acquisition and database building

  • Squarespace, keynote, dropbox and google docs knowledge a major plus!

  • DIGITAL MANAGMENT

    • Managing our insiders program ensuring all videos & photos are posted in a timely manner

    • Working with graphic designer on all elements for approval

    • Work with project manager to ensure all insider collateral and language is being created and edtied

  • CONFERENCES

    • Scout & present relevant talent for panel + conference involvement

    • Assist in panel planning (from topic to participants) and outline panel conversations

    • Manage editorial content obligations to all conference sponsors

    • Post conference content ideas - Plan post-event editorial around the topics being discussed during our live events

    • Transcribe interviews and panel conversations from C&C events for quick turnaround editorial content

    • Live content creation from blog posts to tweets

    • Aid in other on-site content creation needs such as video interviews with talent + press

  • Qualifications

    • 5+ years in digital marketing — agency experience a plus!

  • Own and hit/exceed event and quarter based sales target

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Marketing Manager


Report to the Sr. marketing director to oversee + execute a robust digital content strategy & community management across all digital platforms with a focus on branded content and our membership platform.

Digital & Social Media Responsibilities

  • Research, present + test new content tactics to increase brand goals including the key goal of doubling traffic growth by Q2 of 2019

  • Collaborate with the accounts team to manage + execute digital programs with sponsors + partners

  • Evaluate, report + make recommendations on performance of C&C branded as well as sponsored content programs so that we can continue to learn + evolve our strategies

  • Proactively contribute new ideas to increase site traffic, podcast downloads, book sales + to fuel the growth of our brands across social media + newsletter

  • Work with Digital Marketing Director to create, analyze + optimize best in class content campaigns

  • Strategize growth opportunities including presenting a regular cadence of cross-collaborative partnerships and giveaways with fitting partners to help gain awareness, followers + newsletter subscribers

  • Supervise graphic designer, social media coordinator and/or interns with guidance from Marketing Director in order to execute brand content + marketing initiatives

Project Manager


Are you an organizational freak? Can’t live without a spreadsheet and are an all around Do-er, list maker and make it happen aficionado? Then we want you! This role will report directly to our CEO as her right hand to make sure all tasks are getting completed and each department head is playing their part! Part logistical ninja / part whatever needs to get done! This person will be in love with the work and checking things off their list!

Responsibilities

  • Manage all ongoing tasks soup to nuts in relation to bespoke events, digital campaigns, large scale conferences

  • Run all hands meeting ensuring all departments heads are on top of their to -d o lists and meeting gals

  • Jumping in on any and all tasks to make sure we are on track for all key milestones

  • Liaise between marketing, production, accounts, editorial and sales as a main point of contact

  • Buffer between CEO and team heads ensuring CEO is briefed on all critical details

  • Attend key meetings and help run point on calls and key projects

  • Meet aggressive deadlines and thrive in a startup environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years work experience

  • Proven track record of project management

  • Killer communication skills

  • Knowledge of google docs, dropbox, slack, keynote a plus!

  • Ability to flex between creative brain and logistical brain
