Senior Sales Manager – Sponsorship Sales

We are hiring a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive significant paid sponsorship revenue across Create & Cultivate’s portfolio of events, media, content, and custom programs.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can independently own the full sponsorship sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting new partners through discovery, proposal development, pitching, negotiation, contracting, closing, renewal, and expansion.
You will be expected to build relationships with Director, VP, C-suite, and senior agency decision-makers, translate their business and marketing objectives into compelling partnership opportunities, and close high-value integrated deals. You must also have demonstrated experience structuring and selling multi-year partnerships that create long-term value for both the client and Create & Cultivate.
You will not simply sell packages or logo placement. You will work with brands to solve real business problems through live experiences, media, content, community, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Sales & Revenue Growth
Own and exceed a senior-level individual annual paid sponsorship revenue goal while playing a leading role in achieving Create & Cultivate’s $6M+ companywide sponsorship target.
Build and manage a robust pipeline across the Create & Cultivate Festival, Future Summit, Supper Clubs, C&C 100, WorkParty, newsletters, podcasts, content series, digital media, and custom programs.
Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, partnership strategy, proposal development, pitching, negotiation, contracting, closing, renewal, and expansion.
Develop and pitch creative, solutions-driven proposals that align client objectives with Create & Cultivate’s audience, mission, and platforms.

Maintain commercial ownership of partner relationships from the initial sale through renewal and expansion.
Develop proactive renewal strategies that encourage partners to return at a higher level, expand across additional platforms, or enter into multi-year agreements.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Create & Cultivate’s full portfolio of events, media, content, and custom programs.
Begin renewal conversations early and maintain a clear renewal pipeline tied to brand planning and budgeting cycles.
Serve as the primary client contact throughout the sales process and ensure a seamless transition to the Account Management team after the partnership is contracted.

Develop relationships with both brand-direct and agency decision-makers to create multiple paths into priority accounts.

Identify opportunities to package multiple Create & Cultivate platforms into larger, more strategic partnerships.

We are hiring a Sponsorship Sales Executive to drive paid sponsorship revenue across Create & Cultivate’s portfolio of live events, media, content, and custom programs.
This is a full-cycle sales role. You will personally own prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal development, pitching, follow-up, negotiation, contracting, closing, renewals, and upsells.
You will not simply research prospects or schedule meetings for someone else to close. You will sell.
This role is designed for someone with at least three years of relevant sales experience who is ready to independently manage a book of business while continuing to grow into larger and more complex partnerships. You will build new brand and agency relationships, manage returning partners, and help clients understand how Create & Cultivate can support their marketing, business, and audience objectives.

Create & Cultivate is seeking a Senior Experiential Producer to lead the execution of all creative production elements across branded events and sponsor activations. This role ensures that every Create & Cultivate experience is visually elevated, brand-aligned, and executed to the highest creative and production standards — from concept through on-site delivery.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in experiential design and event production, proficiency in 3D renderings and technical drawings, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Production & Environmental Design
Own the creative execution of all sponsor activations and C&C-branded spaces from concept through on-site install.
Produce 2D sketches, moodboards, 3D renderings, and visual mockups for booths, lounges, stages, signage, and photo moments.
Translate creative direction into floor plans, fabrication specs, print files, and production-ready assets.
Participate in early-stage ideation with Partnerships and Accounts teams to develop concepts that support sponsor objectives and brand goals.
Proactively pitch new creative ideas, materials, and innovations that push the Create & Cultivate aesthetic forward.
Manage creative vendor relationships, including fabrication, signage, décor, printing, and scenic design.

Lead on-site creative production for all events—from load-in through strike—including stage setups, sponsor booth installs, directional signage, and environmental details.

Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in creative event production, experiential design, or hybrid creative/producer roles within the event or brand experience industry.

Content Creation & Social Strategy

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Strategy & Execution
