WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?

All C&C Insiders have access to our monthly virtual mentor sessions, early access to event tickets, downloadable resources, and a video vault of past event footage.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

C&C Insider memberships are a year commitment. You may cancel once you’ve met the minimum one year.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Except as provided in the Membership Terms and Conditions, all Memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Create & Cultivate.

CAN I ADD FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS TO MY ACCOUNT?

Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be transferred to other friends or family members.

DOES C&C MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE EVENT TICKETS?

Conference tickets are not included, but you’re given early access to purchase tickets for our events.

WILL MORE VIDEOS BE ADDED TO THE ARCHIVE?

Yes! We’ll upload new videos to the archive after every Create & Cultivate IRL or digital event. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know when they’re coming and send you an email reminder to watch any newness.

WHAT IS C&C INSIDERS?

Create & Cultivate Insiders is an annual membership that provides our global fan base with access to our first in class event footage, virtual mentor sessions, downloadable resources and on-site event perks.

WHAT ARE MY MEMBERSHIP PLAN OPTIONS?

DIGITAL-ONLY PACKAGE: Gain access to our video vault of event footage, mentor sessions, downloads, and more for a one-time annual fee of $95.

*All memberships are an annual commitment and will begin on the day of purchase.

HOW DO I ACCESS ON-SITE PERKS IF I FORGOT OR LOST MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?

If you won’t have your membership card with you, we can confirm your subscription with your name and government-issued ID or the confirmation email you received after sign-up.

CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT IN-PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE?

No, payments are made online only.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HELP!

Head to the log-in page and select the “forgot my password” link. Complete the prompts to reset your account password. You can also change the email address associated with your account.

Small Business Summit 2021

WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?

WHERE WILL THE EVENT BE HELD?

Spring Studios | 50 Varick Street – New York, NY 10013

WILL THERE BE ON-SITE RESTROOMS?

Yes!  Details on exact locations within the venue will be showcased for easy access.

IS THERE A DESIGNATED BREASTFEEDING AREA?

Yes! We will have a designated breastfeeding area on-site.  More details to come.

DO YOU ALLOW RE-ENTRY?

No, we do not allow re-entry.

WILL I RECEIVE MY BADGE IN THE MAIL?

No, our registration process will take place on site the morning of our Small Business Summit. You will receive your badge for entry when you arrive for check-in.

IS THIS EVENT 21+ ONLY?

You do not have to be over 21 to attend! We will, however, be checking IDs at the door to identify those who are 21+. 

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Yes! Food will be provided for breakfast, lunch and happy hour, along with snacks and beverages throughout the entire day.  Please note, if you have any food allergies, we recommend you bring your own food to avoid any potential complications, as we unfortunately cannot confirm each and every ingredient in the items being served.

SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING?

Please bring proof of vaccination, a government-issued photo ID, and business cards (if desired!)

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You will be moving around throughout the day, so keep that in mind when planning your outfit. Pro tip: Wear layers and comfortable shoes.

HOW DO I RETRIEVE MY GIFT BAG? 

Gift bags are handed out at registration as you exit the event. Once you’ve turned in your badge to collect your gift bag, no re-entry is permitted.


THERE’S AN ISSUE WITH AN ITEM IN MY GIFT BAG. WHO DO I REACH OUT TO?

Since most gift bag items are from other brands, you’ll receive the fastest response by contacting the brands directly with any issues or questions.

 

DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND?

Yes, we will have a designated Lost & Found area  on-site. More details to come.

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 POLICIES?

The health and safety of our employees, staff, speakers, and guests is of top priority.  Based on guidance from the CDC, health authorities, and government agencies alike, we have implemented various health and safety measures to provide all in attendance with the safest experience possible.

There will be ongoing cleaning services with EPA registered products and ample hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue for the entire duration of the event.

Proof of full vaccination dated no later than October 1, 2021 is mandatory for all in attendance.  Entry to the event will not be permitted without a vaccination card accompanied by a government-issued photo ID, which will be checked at the door for entry.  Further instructions will be provided closer to the event, along with any PPE requirements. 

Full vaccination is defined as valid 14 days after the final vaccine dose.  If you are not vaccinated, have questions about COVID-19 vaccines, or would like to find a vaccination location near you,  please visit www.vaccinefinder.org.  

We ask that you please not attend if:

·         Within 14 days prior to the event, you have tested positive or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19

·         Within 48 hours prior to the event, you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, congestion, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, fatigue, or any other symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

·         Within 14 days prior to the event, you have traveled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local government as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19

Yes! There are a limited number of tickets available to attend in-person, and these will sell out.  We suggest completing your purchase as soon as you can! 

WHAT IS A DIGITAL EXTENSION PASS?

If you would prefer to join us from the comfort of your home, we will be live-streaming the Small Business Summit!  With a digital pass, you will be able to attend from anywhere [with Wifi] on October 16th and access all programming through October 24th. 

IF I PURCHASE AN IRL TICKET, WILL I HAVE DIGITAL ACCESS TOO?

Yes!  A digital extension pass is included with purchase of an in-person ticket.

UPON PURCHASING A DIGITAL PASS, HOW WILL I GAIN ACCESS?

You will receive an email the morning of October 16th with a CODE to unlock access to our Small Business Summit event site. 

I WANT TO  WATCH SMALL BUSINESS SUMMIT CONTENT AFTER OCTOBER 24th - IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes, all content from Small Business Summit (as well as past C&C events, downloads, resources, networking, and more!) is available through Create & Cultivate Membership!  Additionally, members receive free digital access to future C&C events.  Check it out HERE!

CAN I RETURN MY TICKET?

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.  No exceptions.

CAN I SELL MY TICKET?

We do not allow third party ticket resale and are unable to allow ticket transfers.
