WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
All C&C Insiders have access to our monthly virtual mentor sessions, early access to event tickets, complimentary classifieds listings, downloadable resources, and video vault of past event footage. Insiders with the Digital + Events Package will also unlock on-site event perks, such as exclusive meet & greets, giveaways, and front of line access.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
C&C Insider memberships are a year commitment. You may cancel once you’ve met the minimum one year.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Except as provided in the Membership Terms and Conditions, all Memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Create & Cultivate.
CAN I ADD FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS TO MY ACCOUNT?
Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be transferred to other friends or family members.
ARE THERE C&C INSIDERS-ONLY EVENTS?
Yes! Exclusive C&C Insiders events will be coming soon. We send monthly newsletters with updates on the latest events. Make sure you add hello@createcultivate.com to your email contacts list.
HOW DOES FRONT OF LINE ACCESS WORK?
One of our best on-site perks is front of line access! Any eligible events, workshops, or panels will be marked with front of line signage. Based on capacity at the time of your arrival, you’ll be given first access to the event based on our first come, first serve policy.
DOES C&C MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE EVENT TICKETS?
Conference tickets are not included, but you’re given early access to purchase tickets for our events.
HOW DO THE DIGITAL MENTOR SESSIONS WORK? AM I GUARANTEED A SPOT?
We can accommodate 100 C&C Insiders per digital mentor session. Once a speaker is announced as a mentor, you can head to their Meet Your Mentor page to reserve your spot. Once you RSVP, you’ll receive a ZOOM conference link to add to your calendar.
I TUNED INTO A MENTOR SESSION, BUT MY QUESTION DIDN’T GET ANSWERED.
Our mentors try their best to answer every question, but sometimes time does not allow. You can bring unanswered or follow-up questions to the C&C Insiders Facebook group after the session or connect with the mentor directly. They’ll usually share their contact info during their sessions.
WHAT IS C&C INSIDERS?
Create & Cultivate Insiders is an annual membership that provides our global fan base with access to our first in class event footage, virtual mentor sessions, downloadable resources and on-site event perks.
WHAT ARE MY MEMBERSHIP PLAN OPTIONS?
DIGITAL + EVENTS PACKAGE (BEST VALUE): Gain access to our digital membership plus on-site perks at all of our events for a one-time annual fee of $140.
DIGITAL-ONLY PACKAGE: Gain access to our video vault of event footage, mentor sessions, downloads, and more for a one-time annual fee of $95.
*All memberships are an annual commitment and will begin on the day of purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP KIT?
Membership kits are only available to C&C Insiders with the Digital + Events Package. Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive a welcome kit within one month. The kit will include your membership card. Make sure to bring this card to events to access all on-site perks! If it’s been over a month and you haven’t received your kit, please email contact@createcultivate.com.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
If you misplace your membership card you can email contact@createcultivate.com for assistance.
HOW DO I ACCESS ON-SITE PERKS IF I FORGOT OR LOST MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
If you won’t have your membership card with you, we can confirm your subscription with your name and government-issued ID or the confirmation email you received after sign-up.
CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT IN-PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE?
No, payments are made online only.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HELP!
Head to the log-in page and select the “forgot my password” link. Complete the prompts to reset your account password. You can also change the email address associated with your account.
WILL MORE VIDEOS BE ADDED TO THE ARCHIVE?
Yes! We’ll upload new videos to the archive after every Create & Cultivate event. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know when they’re coming and send you an email reminder to watch any newness.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY CLASSIFIEDS LISTINGS?
