Jen Atkin is an entrepreneur, celebrity hairstylist, author, and one of the most influential voices in modern beauty. After building a career working with clients including Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Dua Lipa, and Chrissy Teigen, Jen turned her experience behind the chair into a portfolio of businesses helping reshape the hair and beauty industry.

In 2016, she founded cult-favorite beauty brand OUAI, where she now serves as Chief Creative Officer. She later launched Mane, her next-gen of viral hair tools and haircare available at Sephora across the U.S. and Canada.

Jen is also the author of Blowing My Way to the Top and co-founder of Highlight Artists, a full-service talent management company created alongside Mary Phillips and Justine Marjan to champion the next generation of leading hair and makeup artists.

When she’s not building brands, Jen can usually be found kayaking with her husband Mike, their two kids and three dogs.
