Louise is an Olympian, Gold Medal Winning Heptathlete, and Nike Coach. She is the owner and operator of Slay, a female-first boutique personal training facility that she founded in 2019. At Slay, she leads a team of personal trainers that serve a growing list high net worth clients including actors, lawyers, directors and producers. Louise’s mission is to bring strength to women worldwide. This year she will expand the Slay world beyond the gym to consumer goods and events.
