Mary Holland is the Founder and CEO of Mary & Pip, a personal finance and investment app built for anyone with money anxiety. Drawing on her background in private wealth management at Deutsche Bank, Mary Holland built Mary & Pip on a simple belief: most people's struggle with money isn't a knowledge problem, it's an emotional one. She spent years on wall street before leaving to star on Hulu's Love Thy Nader, where she first pitched the idea that became her company. She grew the brand's community through in-person events and content before ever building the product, and now brings that same approach to the app, launching fall 2026. Mary Holland is also the host of the podcast Growing Interest, where she translates complex topics in money, AI, and psychology into language anyone can understand. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she now runs Mary & Pip from New York City.
