Actress & Social Media Personality
Miranda McKeon is an actress, entrepreneur, and advocate for women’s health whose work centers on storytelling, education, and meaningful connection. At 19, she was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer—an experience that reshaped her life and ignited a lasting commitment to early detection, self-advocacy, and expanding health conversations for young women. During a formative chapter of adulthood, she chose openness over silence, transforming personal adversity into impact.
Miranda is best known for her role as Josie Pye on Netflix’s Anne With an E, where her performance resonated with audiences worldwide. Throughout treatment and recovery, she documented the emotional and physical realities of navigating illness at a young age, leading to the creation of One in a Million. What began as a personal blog evolved into a platform encouraging young people to trust their instincts, advocate within the medical system, and take their health seriously—regardless of age.
A graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Communications and Entrepreneurship, Miranda brings both narrative insight and strategic perspective to her work. She is a sought-after speaker on college campuses, engaging students in candid conversations about preventative care, resilience, and navigating major life challenges before you feel “ready.” Her advocacy has helped normalize breast health conversations among younger audiences and empowered students to take ownership of their wellbeing.
Miranda is also the founder of Fill Your Tank, a conversation-driven card game series designed to foster deeper connection and intentional dialogue, and the creator of Pink 365, a year-round initiative advancing women’s health awareness beyond awareness months.
Across acting, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, Miranda continues to build spaces rooted in honesty, resilience, and connection—reminding others that purpose can emerge from even the most uncertain moments.
