I’ve spent my life building things I wish existed, starting with care, as a mom and now a grandma.

When I couldn’t find reliable support for my own family, I created Care.com. What started as a personal need grew into a platform millions of families rely on for childcare, senior care, and everyday support. Along the way, I had the opportunity to take the company public on the NYSE and later lead its acquisition, but the mission has always stayed the same: make care visible, accessible, and valued.

Today, I’m building Ohai.ai: a new kind of support system for modern families. Ohai is designed to take on the invisible load: the planning, remembering, coordinating, and mental juggling that so often falls on one person. It’s about giving families their time, energy, and presence back.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on turning real-life challenges into systems that actually help people live and work better. Because when families are supported, everything else has room to grow.
