Your space in the Create & Cultivate Small Business Marketplace includes a table, stool, logo signage, and 1 power drop. Everything you need to show up and activate. Full setup details, load-in and load-out times, and on-site logistics will be provided in your Guidelines & Logistics Document sent by your Account Manager upon approval.

Yes. Each kiosk space includes 1 power drop. If your activation requires additional power, please flag this during onboarding, and your Account Manager will advise on options.

No. Refrigeration is not available at the Small Biz Marketplace. If your product requires refrigeration, please plan accordingly with portable cooling solutions and flag this with your Account Manager in advance.

No. There is no storage or back-of-house access included with this package. We strongly recommend planning your inventory around what fits comfortably within your space for the day.

No. Pre-shipment is not available for this tier. All materials must be brought in during your designated load-in window as outlined in your Guidelines & Logistics Document.

Yes. You are welcome to have a physical product at your space. Since storage is not included, we recommend focusing on sampling and directing attendees to purchase online. You are responsible for your own point-of-sale setup, payment processing, and any applicable sales tax compliance.

Yes. Your package includes 1 ticket for your booth operator. Additional team members will need to purchase a Festival ticket at 40% off using your exclusive discount code, provided upon approval.

No. Each kiosk space is allocated to one brand only and may not be split, sublet, or shared.

Yes, and this is the whole point. Your ticket includes full VIP Festival access. On your non-showcase day, you attend as a full Festival guest with access to all panels, keynotes, and programming.

Yes. If you would like to showcase on both days of the Festival, Day 1 is $5,000 and Day 2 is available at $3,000. Your account manager can add on an additional day after you check out for one day.

You will receive a decision within 4 business days of submitting your application.

We do not offer refunds, but your $5,000 investment can be applied as a credit toward a future Create & Cultivate event. Please review your agreement carefully before signing.

Please submit your logo as a hi-res PNG at a minimum 300 DPI, or as a vector file (AI or EPS), with a transparent background. Your Account Manager will confirm all exact specs in your onboarding documents.
