This week we celebrated #EqualPayDay, a day established to acknowledge the current wage gap and (hopefully) incentivize women to insist on pay equality. The fact of the matter is: at the current rate, the U.S will not reach pay equality until 2152. That's literally 135 years from now.

This week on the blog, we asked 15 professional women to share their salaries with us, in hopes of sparking wage conversations within our community (and in turn, your own communities). Because equal pay for equal work is not just a noble notion, it's simply the right thing to do.
