Disrupt Aging: A Conversation on Owning Your Age at Work

Research shows that by 2020,1 billion women will enter the workforce.

Did you know that at the age of 40 you are classified as an “older worker” in the United States? The oldest Millennials are almost 40!

Ageism impacts people of all ages—you can be too young, too old, not old enough—it’s time to change the conversation. As women, telling our stories—honest, raw, and often very funny—together, we can reshape the image of aging.

In this roundtable, we’re joined by four powerhouses who are owning their age at work and cultivating inclusive workplaces for people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds in the process.
