While we have made significant progress in recent years, the “Glass Ceiling” is still an invisible barrier preventing women from reaching top positions.

While Eastern Europe is leading the pack with 87% of businesses with at least one woman in senior management, the data globally is underwhelming and the percentage of women in senior roles is declining.

In 2018 just 5% of senior roles were held by women. And between 2017 and 2018, the share of female CEOs in the Fortune 500 dropped by a whopping 25% to just 5%.So, what will it take to swing the pendulum back in our favor?
