In the wake of COVID-19, we’ve been spending a lot of time here at Create & Cultivate HQ creating new ways to show up for and support our community. We’ve taken our best-in-class conferences online—ICYMI, we hosted our Digital Money Moves Summit and Digital Summer Camp Summit earlier this year, and our Digital Beauty Summit is coming up on July 25th—and we’ve passed the mic to successful small business owners as part of our Ask an Expert IGTV series.
Now, we’re teaming up with Postmates and Square to re-envision the future of retail while supporting small businesses owned by women of color.
From July 15th through August 29th, fellow Angelenos can shop our small business pop up at Platform in Culver City. The unique retail experience allows our L.A.-based community to “window shop” a curated selection of products from seven WOC-owned small businesses, as well as our Shop Create & Cultivate collection of Vegan Leather Essentials, all without stepping a foot inside a physical store.
Exclusively on Postmates, our Los Angeles-based shoppers have the option to place an order for curbside pick-up at Platform or contactless delivery straight to their doorstep. Additionally, shoppers passing through Platform IRL can shop the Create & Cultivate collection by using a QR code, powered by Square.
