It’s been almost two months since Apple’s dropped a brand-new set of iPhones, and they’ve come back again to announce a new range of Macs & iPads. Among the new products is a redesign of Macbook Air (finally!) and iPad Pro. We feel you, Chrissy Teigen.

“Ok Google, tell us about sexual misconduct.” Recently, the New York Times revealed that Android co-founder Andy Rubin was offered a $90 million payout upon leaving the company after a sexual harassment allegation. The following week, Google employees planned a walkout to protest the alleged incidents at the company. Also, employees are encouraging the Chief of Diversity to end pay inequity across the board.


Glamour magazine announced their award recipients for Women of the Year and we couldn’t be more excited for the winners. This group of game changers, rule breakers, and trailblazers includes Aly Raisman, Kamala Harris, and Chrissy Teigen. Glamour made a groundbreaking move by also highlighting the 330 women who courageously banded together to take down Larry Nassar.

Working full-time while having the full-time job of being a mom can get tough. Jessica Chang launched WeeCare to give these home daycare operators a technology platform that provides the features and capabilities of a much bigger operation. Chang’s experience shows there are ways that women can continue to improve within their chosen field and help support other women in the process.

Would you ever consider moving for a job you love? Glassdoor’s recent study shows 10 of the best cities to work in, and the top three are Boston, San Jose and San Francisco. The latter making the most sense because of Silicon Valley and its constant growth and even better company culture all around.
